Fire Risk Assessment
Consultation and full report for your business. Our team are fully trained and have extensive frontline experience, meaning they are well qualified to highlight high risk areas, and provide a holistic plan for preventative measures, as well as recommend an emergency plan - we will even run through drills to make sure your team are prepared.
We provide two tiers of assessment, depending on the site:
Complex - For more complicated buildings in terms of size, layout, number of people, and higher potential risks e.g. schools, large office blocks, multiple storey buildings, sites with more flammable materials and substances.
Simple - Usually smaller sites, with a smaller number of people, or a more simple floor plan e.g. a shop, small office buildings, open air spaces.
Waking Watch Training
The National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) describes Waking Watch as:
Detect a fire in the building
Raising the alarm and summoning the Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) / Fire Brigade
Ensuring all residents / people in the building are alerted to begin simultaneous evacuation
Taking appropriate action as required by the management strategy, including meeting the FRS on arrival
Our Waking Watch Training is suitable for both businesses and residential settings. Essentially, we provide training to residential buildings, individuals and communities, to help them spot fire risks, detect actual fire, and how to respond in case of emergency e.g. how to keep themselves safe, preparing evacuation routes, how to get others to safety, and how to report the fire to the Fire and Rescue Service.
